DST

I used to detest Daylight's Saving Time changes. For the life of me, however, I cannot really remember why. Prior to November 4th, I remember telling people "Oh no, DST ends on Sunday. We're going to be in the DARK AGES again!"

But, come Sunday, that is so not the case. I have been in love with the mornings. Walking up into sunlight and walking out into the sunshine, even when it was really cold, I still love(d) the mornings as long as the sun was peeking out.

Now it's like Spring all over again. Spring in November, can you fathom that? It's absolutely click-your-heels-in-the-air magical. I know, I know, it isn't going to last. But then again, when does it ever last? Like I was saying, indirectly, in my last post, things are constantly changing. And now, because it had been so eeking cold bordering on "Oh no, winter is coming whimper whimper", I am so entirely prepared to love this bout of warm weather. Now that's called relativity.

As I write this, I look out the window again. And guess what? Isn't it typical that the sun has gone back in hiding, and the entire sky is a thick blanket of woolly grey again? This is the grey that sets into the bones and instills that ah no life is bleak mentality. But that cannot take away the little whispers of wind that come and tickle your earlobes, and caress your cheeks warmly; the memory lingers exuberantly like the traces of a loving kiss that sends a thrill through you every time you think of it.

It gives you a reason to smile. It certainly gives me that much more of a sparkle.

  2. Whether it is sunshine or dark greyish blanket of spring or the forthcoming chilling winter, I think you have a plan to enjoy each moment despite being utterly in love with the morning sunshine. You have something or the other prepared under the sleeve.

Talking about shades, well.. Does one need a reason to wear them? Day or night, summer or winter, on bike or on a plane; shades are worn no matter the place/time/situation. :P #JustSaying

    1. Ajayyyyyyy! Long time no see! And you are right, I do have a plan to enjoy each moment, but sometimes as happens to us all, we tend to divert from that plan or feel we fail to live up to it. But it's there regardless :)

Shades even sleeping, showering, or on the loo? :O Oh boy.

    2. Well, I have been kind of busy (read: lazy) doing nothing. It happens all the time that we fail to keep up with our plan. But what matters is that at least we had a plan to work that out besides the odds.

Yeah, why not? People need to look good in dreams or while showering and why just leave the last thing, even on the loo. :P

    4. I thought you know that I am Crazy and everybody knows it . :D #TrueStory

And by the way, I am always around, but you see I am way too too lazy to comment sometimes, hmm well.. most of the times, I guess. :D

If you afraid of the crazy people, lemme know, I will try to stay out, but I can't promise that. :D

And I have three different shades, but don't wear them at all, well most of the times. :]

    6. Oh darn! I thought I was the collecting person. Who am I kidding.... For a moment, I forgot I was talking to a woman. :P You sure do have a lot, no doubt.

Ha-Ha. Oh, thats' why you don't have mirrors at your home. #Kidding. :P

Clearly, you haven't seen me yet. I define craziness. :P #NoKidding

    8. Pictures are deceiving my friend. You must have heard of Photoshop. These days, you can make crazy people look cool. Mine is just the right example.
On the record, if I were sane, I would put up a picture just like yours, in my display avatar. :D

    9. As you said, pictures are deceiving so you can't say that MY use of whatever picture shows that I'm any less crazy :P But I will say that we're all a little crazy; some more than others, and others in different ways =]
